CHICHARRON DE POTA


The Chicharron de Pota, or Fried Squid, is a popular dishin Peruvian cuisine. It has a crispy exterior and tender interior, with a savory and slightly spicy flavor. It can be served as an appetizer or main course and is often enjoyed with lime juice and aji sauce. Ingredients:
  
2 eggs                                           
30 gr mustard                                       
1 teas poon minced garlic                    
10 gr of pepper                                    
5  gr cumin
1  lemon 
catt to teaste
200 gr squid
500 gr unprepared
oil for frying

Directions

1. Frist, in a bowl or container, beat the eggs as if you are prepurin un omelette,, odd the mustard, garlic, pepper,cumin and salt to toste, beat again and reserved 

2. Then, cut the squid into strip anefinger thick, ir it doen't come pre-cut season it with solt, pepper and lemon

3. Next, in anther abaut, place the flour, add salt tas toste and sgr of papper add the squid to the beat egg, and let it restromindte 

4. After, that, the pass the platain the floor mixture until it is wellcoverd heat o in alone frying pan and fry the previosly breaded pota

5. Finally, ready to serve with much pleasure and joy 

NOTES:

When serving, place a towel to absorb the fat.
