Ingredients:

• 1 whole guinea pig.

• 1 corn.

• 2 potatoes.

• Minced garlic.

• Vegetable oil or olive oil.

• Salt and pepper.

• Oregano.

• Lemon.

• Yellow pepper.

• Cornmeal.

Preparation

1. Before starting you must wash the guinea pig well, for which guinea pig will be used. Once you have the guinea pig ready, we will season it.

2. On the other hand, while we season the guinea pig, it is recommended that we add our oil so that it heats up

3. We will start to season the guinea pig, we will add salt and pepper on both sides of the guinea pig and if you want a little oregano.

4. On the upper part of the guinea pig we will begin to rub with a little lemon, this will help the guinea pig to be a little more crispy

5. This time we are going to pass a little butter over it to give it a better flavor.

6. We will start adding yellow chili pepper and ground garlic. On the top it is advisable to add just a little to prevent it from burning.

7. Now in a container we put the cornmeal and we will put the guinea pig until it is covered on both sides.

8. It is also advisable to make a few small cuts in the guinea pig before frying.

9. To fry, we place the lower part of the guinea pig, we will let the guinea pig fry for approximately 3 or 4 minutes on both sides and we will have it ready to serve.
