Maybe  the only  news you  have heard

about this dish is that Moquegua  won

the   Guinness  World   Record  for  the

largest  avocado   salad,  but  this dish

is much more than that.

A  delicious  dish   that   accompanies

lunch of  many  Moqueguanos,   there

is  not  so  much  the  science  behind

the   origin   of   this  dish,   being   the

region  of  Moquegua high  lighted  by

being the  largest  avocado   producer

in  the  excellent    quality    gives  rise

to   this    dish    which    has  become

the favorite of many.

First,  peel  and  cut the avocado into

paintings squares.

Then wash the  lettuce  and cut   into

small  pieces and the boiled eggs  in

cubes.

Finally, in  a  bowl add  the  tomatoe,

the  lettuce,  the  avocado,   the  egg,

the vinegar,  the  olive  oil and salt to

the taste. 🐢
